Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our delivery options to more countries soon.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Are your handcrafted items unique?
Yes, many of our pieces are artisan-made. Due to the handcrafted nature of these items, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are to be expected and celebrated.
