At Magnolia, we want you to love every piece in your home, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on most items in their original condition. If your selection isn't the perfect fit for your space, we are here to help make the return or exchange process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
